Hope's Angel's Hope Homes Foundation, often called Hope Homes, is a dedicated nonprofit based in Oakland with a mission to provide pathways out of housing insecurity. We serve families and individuals in need, offering personalized support to help them achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
